Return Conditions

Not completely satisfied with your order? You may exchange or return your product within 60 days of receiving it.

Exceptions

Certain exceptions apply to this right in accordance with Article 10, Section 8 of our General Terms and Conditions. These exceptions apply to products that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once their sealed packaging has been opened.

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken:

  • All intimate products, including vibrators and dildos
  • Bodysuits, stockings, and tights
  • Wigs
  • Thongs
  • Condoms, supplements, lubricants, and creams
  • Feel Senza Gift Cards

Specifically for Intimate Products

Intimate products may only be returned if:

  • The product has not been opened
  • The original packaging is completely intact
  • The hygiene seal remains unbroken

If you received a new intimate product but are not satisfied with it, we can only accept a return if the product is completely unopened and still factory sealed.

Received a Defective Product?

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.
